Finish off and sew onto the top of the carrot top.

Finishing

Sew the button on the front aligning the button with the button. Sew the carrot top to the base in the back. Attaching with 6 or 7 whip stitches. Secure threads and finish.

What a sweet surprise for those Easter baskets.
